The perfect weekend treat.
So easy to make.
Recipe:
1. Melt 1 bar of good quality organic dark chocolate (or milk if you wish).
2. On a large piece of baking paper, spread the melted chocolate thinly over the baking paper with a spatula. (You may lick the spatula when done!)
3. Sprinkle some coconut flakes, fresh blueberries and roughly chopped pecans over the melted chocolate. Another great combination is chopped roasted hazelnuts and a tiny sprinkle of himalayan salt.
4. Refrigerate immediately.
5. Once hardened, break up into rough pieces and enjoy!
