We all know that glowing skin comes from the inside-out, but there's also a quick, chemical free way to feed your skin those nutrients it needs. This avocado, honey + almond mask is our go-to beauty trick if we need to go from dull to glow in less that 10 minutes.

Avocados have rich nutritional properties, and are high in Vitamin A,C, D, E and many more. Think of it as skin-food!

So, here is the recipe.
4 ingredients. No chemicals, no additives. Just pure vitamins and minerals from nature earth.

1/4 avocado *make sure to scrape every bit, the dark green avocado near the skin is the most nutrient-dense*
1 teaspoon of almond butter
1 teaspoon raw honey
1-2 drops extra virgin olive oil

Gently mash the avocado first.
Add in the remaining ingredients and gently stir in together until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Place on face and neck (keep away from eyes and eyebrows)
Leave on for 10-20 minutes, until dry.
Gently wash off with warm water.
Pat your face dry.

Moisturise. We sometimes like to use a few drops of coconut oil.
